1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or one that does not match your order specifications, initiate a return by clicking the “Return Items” button in the Orders section of My Account. Complete the form with the required details and click “Submit Return Request.”

2. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The “Return Items” button will be unavailable after this period.

3. Upon receiving your return request, Sualkuchisilk.com will verify the complaint. If deemed valid, a replacement or refund will be issued based on your selection on the Returns form. However, for frivolous complaints, Sualkuchisilk.com reserves the right to take legal action, and you will be liable for any associated costs. 

4. Before accepting delivery, check that the product’s packaging is intact. If it’s damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify Sualkuchisilk.com immediately. The return process may vary based on the product type.

5. To return products purchased through the Website, please adhere to the following conditions:

(a) Notify Sualkuchisilk.com of any damaged or defective product within 2 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for replacement.

(b) Products must be unused.

(c) Sualkuchisilk.com will arrange for the pick-up of damaged or defective items.

(d) Returns must include original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.

(e) Ensure return packets are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

(f) Returned products will be verified by Sualkuchisilk.com to confirm the legitimacy of the complaint.

6. If Sualkuchisilk.com accepts your return, you will be refunded the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed according to your payment method, either directly to your debit/credit card or via cheque. Refunds are subject to the following:

(a) Online payments will be refunded within 7 working days, depending on current circumstances.

(b) If your original payment method is invalid, a demand draft will be issued. If we receive a payment failure notice, we will contact you via email to collect your name and address for the demand draft.
